Refund policy

ResiForce offers a refund policy for physical goods purchased through our store or website, tailored to comply with German and EU consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request refunds.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at resiforce200@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action, such as offering a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with German law (§§ 434 ff. BGB) and EU regulations.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders).
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item following the process above. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and German law (§ 355 BGB), if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason. To exercise this right:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Notify us of your intent to withdraw within 14 days of receipt by contacting resiforce200@outlook.com.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs (§ 357(6) BGB). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, in accordance with EU and German consumer protection laws. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
